Meet The team
Tim Dwight - Principal
I have been in the solar industry for 13 years building my business from the ground up and have gained extensive experience in multiple solar and clean energy technologies. As president of the Solar Trade Association for 10 years, I had the opportunity to represent the solar industry and it's benefits to the State of Iowa as they were crafting Solar legislation.
My passion is to help the world transition into clean energy technologies for the benefit of current and future generations.
I was born in Iowa City and although I reside in Kansas City, MO, I will forever be a Hawkeye.
Karen Pollock - Finance and Accounting
Karen brings 15 years of experience in the solar industry. She has experience in finance, accounting, procurement,
and general office administration for both corporations and private businesses. She is committed to providing the
best service for both external and internal customers. She currently resides in Peoria Arizona.
